Step 3 – A program coordinator will contact you to ask about your needs and then they will connect you with a qualified real estate professional.
Step 4 – Buy and or Sell a home and collect your rebate.

*PLEASE NOTE: If you are under contract, have a signed buyers representation agreement with an agent / broker, or have already closed on your real estate transaction, you are not eligible to participate in the program. The real estate referral must be made before you begin working with a local real estate professional.
